Pot Christening

I've decided that I'm going to attempt to make Pastor Ryan's (via PW) Chicken tikka masala in my new apple pot. I know, I know, it's not really anything that requires a dutch oven, but that's what I want. It's my favorite Indian dish. Except, it's not really Indian, it's English. I'm not going to make it until after we get back from Cedar Point next week, but I'll post pictures then! Thanks so much for all of the suggestions...
